Joana holds a law degree from the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon and is currently pursuing a Master’s Degree in Forensic Law and Arbitration at NOVA School of Law. She also took part in the Erasmus+ programme at Università degli Studi Roma Tre.
She completed internships at the Lisbon Justice of the Peace Court, as well as at law firms and legal practices, where she gained experience in migration, arbitration and litigation.
Since 2026, she has been part of Santiago Mediano as a trainee lawyer.
