Rodrigo is a lawyer specialising in public, administrative and constitutional law.
He holds a degree in Law and Community Law from the San Pablo CEU University and a double master’s degree in Access to the Legal Profession and International Law from the Instituto Superior de Derecho y Economía (ISDE). He has also completed a specialist course in competition law at the Carlos III University of Madrid and an advanced course in contentious-administrative litigation at the School of Legal Practice of the Complutense University of Madrid. Rodrigo has experience in providing legal advice to companies, individuals and professional corporations, as well as in complex litigation.
He has participated in appeals before the Supreme Court, appeals for constitutional protection before the Constitutional Court and lawsuits before the European Court of Human Rights (ECHR). He has also been involved in international cases before the UN Human Rights Committee, bringing Spain before this body for its failure to comply with the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights.
In addition, he has experience in legislative advice, having collaborated in the drafting of several popular legislative initiatives (ILP) for public law corporations.
He is the creator and author of the legal blog Delacompetencia.es, specialising in Administrative, Regulatory and Constitutional Law.
In 2025, he joined our firm as an associate in the area of Public, Administrative and Regulatory Law.
