Luís is a lawyer specialising in Administrative Law, Procedural Law and Public Procurement, areas in which he advises our clients.
With a degree in Law and a Master’s in Administrative Law from the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon, Luís began his professional career in national law firms, focusing on Procedural and Real Estate Law.
In 2023, he joined our firm as an associate in the Public and Administrative Law department.
