Beatriz is a lawyer specialising in procedural law and intellectual property. She works in our firm’s procedural law department, handling civil and criminal litigation throughout Spain. She is involved in all stages of the process, from initial analysis and drafting of procedural documents to defence in court.
She began her professional career at the Federation for the Protection of Intellectual Property (FAP), where she advised public and private entities on the application of current copyright regulations, with a special focus on combating piracy in digital environments.
She has experience in the legal management of court proceedings, particularly in intellectual property matters, as well as in other areas such as banking and family law.
In 2015, she joined our firm as an associate in the Enforcement department.
