Guillem is a lawyer specialising in Commercial and Corporate Law. His practice focuses on technology, digital business and artificial intelligence. He primarily advises clients in the retail and consumer goods, technology and artificial intelligence, and digital economy sectors. He has extensive experience in regulatory compliance, data protection and technology regulation.
He holds a Law degree from Universitat Pompeu Fabra and a Master’s Degree in Legal Practice from the Barcelona School of Management. Throughout his career, he has advised both domestic and international companies on digital transformation projects, regulatory compliance and the development of technology solutions. He also has considerable experience in the retail and consumer goods sectors.
In 2022, he joined our firm as an associate in the Commercial and Corporate Law practice, while also advising on privacy and data protection matters.
