Carlos holds a law degree from the Complutense University of Madrid and master’s degrees in business law from the Garrigues Study Centre and Harvard Law School. He is an expert in labour law, an area in which he has more than twenty years of experience.
Throughout his professional career, he has worked for renowned national and international firms, becoming a partner at Moltó Abogados and head of the Labour Department at López Ibor Abogados. During this time, he has advised individuals and companies, as well as litigated before the Social and Contentious-Administrative Courts in all types of proceedings arising from Labour and Social Security Law, and in labour restructuring and collective bargaining proceedings.
Since 2024, Carlos has been working closely with Santiago Mediano in the Labour area
