Belén is a lawyer specialising in labour law, with more than 20 years of experience in providing legal advice to companies and professionals, both in law firms and in corporate legal departments.
She holds a law degree from the Complutense University of Madrid and has completed an advanced course in social security and labour law at the Centre for Financial Studies (CEF).
Throughout her career, she has held positions of responsibility in various firms and legal departments.
She has been a labour lawyer at Schüller, Hormigo & Asociados and at Grupo Avanza, where she also served as director of the Avanzalex legal service. In 2006, she founded her own firm, Sánchez Caja & Asociados, where she continues to practise law.
Since 2017, she has been working as Of Counsel at our firm, collaborating closely with the Labour and Litigation Law department.
