Alexandra is an American lawyer, licensed in Indiana, with extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, general corporate law, commercial and private real estate, and cross-border transactions.
She has held senior roles as Partner and Of Counsel at leading firms, including Dentons Bingham Greenebaum LLP and Bose McKinney & Evans LLP, where she advised clients on major M&A matters, such as the carve-out of the international subsidiaries of Babcock & Wilcox Enterprises, Inc and the sale of a 35% stake by the aviation company Libra Group.
Her practice spans corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, real estate transactions, franchise regulatory oversight, and non profit establishment. She has advised a wide range of clients, from multinational corporations to start-ups and non-profit entities.
