With over 24 years of experience in the legal sector, Vanessa has developed her career specialising in knowledge management, organisational leadership, and operational strategy within top-tier law firms. Since 2019, she has held the position of Managing Director at Santiago Mediano, leading our internal departments.
Vanessa is responsible for designing and implementing the operational strategy, coordinating internal processes, and managing talent to foster the professional development of the team. Additionally, she promotes innovation, knowledge management, and digital transformation by incorporating new technologies as fundamental pillars to ensure an agile, efficient structure focused on sustainable growth.
