George is a lawyer specialising in commercial and corporate law, with over 30 years’ experience in providing legal advice at national and international level, particularly in the negotiation and drafting of contracts.
He holds a degree in Law from the University of Navarra, a degree in Political Science from New York University, and a Juris Doctor degree from Boston University.
As an American lawyer, George has developed an extensive career in multinational firms, such as Clifford Chance (Brussels), where he was foreign legal counsel, and Garrigues, where he was a partner for more than a decade.
He is licensed to practise law in both Spain and the United States, which allows him to advise our clients on matters involving common law and civil law jurisdictions.
He has been working with our firm in the Commercial and Corporate area since 2013.
