Guillem is a lawyer specialising in commercial and corporate law, and mainly advises clients in the retail & consumer, AI, ICT and internet sectors. He also has experience in regulatory compliance and data protection.
With a law degree from Pompeu Fabra University and a Master’s degree in Law from the Barcelona School of Management, Guillem has developed his professional career in legal advice to companies and in national and international law firms, with a particular focus on start-ups, consumer goods and commercial practice.
In 2022, he joined our firm as an associate in the Commercial and Corporate area, with a special focus on matters related to privacy and regulatory compliance.
