Raquel holds a law degree from the Catholic University of Portugal – Faculty of Law of Lisbon and a master’s degree in forensic law, specializing in criminal law, from the same institution.
In 2024, she began her professional career at Santiago Mediano as a trainee solicitor in the General Business Support team.
