Rúben holds a law degree from the Faculty of Law of the University of Coimbra and has completed the curriculum for a master’s degree in Law – Legal and Business Sciences, specialising in Business Law, at the same institution.
In 2023, he joined Santiago Mediano to form part of the Public Law team.
