Rúben holds a Law Degree from the Law School of the University of Coimbra and is currently pursuing a Master’s Degree in Law – Legal and Business Sciences, specialising in Corporate Law.
In 2023 he joined Santiago Mediano Abogados to be part of the Public Law team.
