Juan is a partner in Santiago Mediano’s Entertainment department and an expert in intellectual property, industrial property, entertainment law and commercial contracting.
He holds a law degree from the Autonomous University of Madrid and a master’s degree in intellectual property, industrial property and new technologies from the same university.
He has solid training in copyright, trademarks, unfair competition, image rights, privacy and the right to honour.
Since 2012, he has been providing ongoing advice to Warner Bros. International Television Production España, S.L.U., on a secondment basis, as head of its internal legal department, particularly on issues related to audiovisual production.
