Jesús is a commercial lawyer specialising in procedural law, with extensive experience in civil, commercial and contentious-administrative proceedings.
He holds a law degree from the Complutense University of Madrid, an LL.M. from the University of Minnesota Law School, and a Master’s degree in Insolvency Administration from the Fundyeco Foundation. He has furthered his education with a course in Introduction to American Law at Columbia University in New York.
He has more than 20 years of experience advising national and international companies on civil and commercial contracting matters. He has a solid track record in complex litigation involving claims for damages, with a particular focus on the financial sector. He has also participated in contentious-administrative proceedings and criminal trials.
In 2025, he joined our firm as an associate in the Enforcement area.
