Continuing training programme

We’ll first train you in the different existing professional levels and in the competences, knowledge and skills required for each level.

Later, with the support of the firm’s partners, you will learn to work autonomously as you master the skills of building customer loyalty and acquisition.

We invest a lot of effort in our performance evaluation process as a key part of positioning professionals within each career level, based on the competencies they have demonstrated, the responsibilities they are ready to take on, and their ambitions.

Tools we use as part of our training plans include: internal training schools, external courses and seminars, language training and ongoing time invested in keeping abreast of developments in the law.

Internship programme

Internships are a great way of us getting know each other. We all know that things can look good on paper but, as with all relationships, we need to see how we get on in reality. 

To join our internship programme, you will need to be a final-year law student, intending to study for a Master’s in Access to Legal Practice, or a recent graduate and have studied at one of the institutes with which our firm has signed educational collaboration agreements.

During the selection process we look carefully at:

  • Your academic record
  • Your professional experience in fields unrelated to practising law
  • Your experience in volunteering activities, sports and interests
  • Your level of English and knowledge of other languages
