In order to fulfil the purposes described below, we process identification, contact, curriculum, commercial and financial data.

/ Purpose

  • The data will be processed in order to manage the registration and recruitment process and, where appropriate, to manage requests for contact, queries, information, budgets, candidate management, complaints and claims.
  • Likewise, the data and information may be communicated to third party suppliers and collaborators of the Data Controller, so that said third parties may assess and validate the possibility of providing the services requested by the User.
  • Also for the prevention, investigation and detection of fraud as well as for compliance with anti-money laundering obligations.
  • You are informed of the possible processing of images and sounds, in different applications and formats, in accordance with the provisions of article 6.1.a GDPR. You exclusively assign to the data controller the use of your image and/or voice, taken at this event, free of charge, without limitation or restriction of any kind. In the case of participation in online events, voluntarily activating your camera and/or microphone is understood as an affirmative act, and therefore, consent to such processing.
  • Finally, the data will be processed for the purpose of sending, including by electronic means, commercial communications about products and services offered by the Data Controller, including courses, training and events of a legal nature.

/ Duration

  • In the case of users requesting queries, information, quotes, complaints and claims, we will process their data until the time when the reason for their contact with us is dealt with and answered and, as the case may be, during the periods of limitation of the obligations arising from the processing of the data.
  • With regard to customers, we will process their data for the duration of the contractual relationship and, after the end of the contractual relationship, for the duration of the limitation periods for the obligations arising from the processing.
  • With regard to job applicants, we will retain your data for a period not exceeding one year from the time of receipt of your CV or the recruitment process.
  • In the case of users who receive commercial communications from us, we will process their data until such time as they decide to unsubscribe or cancel their subscription.

/ Legitimation

  • The legal bases for the processing of data are consent, the execution of the contractual relationship, compliance with legal obligations and the legitimate interest of the Data Controller in maintaining professional contact and sending commercial communications about its products and services.

/ Rights:

  • The rights that can be exercised are

    • Right of Access: you may check whether we are processing personal data concerning you.
    • Right of Rectification and Deletion: you may access your personal information and request the rectification or deletion of your data when it is inaccurate or no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected.
    • Right of opposition: you may oppose the processing of your data, unless, for compelling legitimate reasons, or in the exercise or defence of possible claims, we keep them duly blocked for the corresponding periods for as long as the legal obligations subsist.
    • Right to restrict processing: you may request the limitation of the processing of your personal information while the accuracy or lawfulness of your data is being challenged, during the exercise or defence of possible claims or litigation.
    • Right of portability: you may request the portability of the data you have provided to us to another data controller, in certain circumstances.
    • You may exercise your rights free of charge
    • How can you complain to the supervisory authority? If a user considers that there is a problem with the way in which their data is being processed, they can address their complaints to the Data Protection Delegate as stated in the heading or to the corresponding data protection supervisory authority, being the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es) the one indicated in the case of Spain.
