With a degree in Law from the Complutense University of Madrid and masters in Business Law from the Garrigues Study Centre and Harvard Law School, Carlos has more than twenty years of experience in Labour Law.
Throughout his professional career, he has worked in renowned national and international law firms, holding the position of partner at Moltó Abogados and head of the Labour Department at López Ibor Abogados. During this time, he has advised individuals and companies, as well as litigated before the Courts and Tribunals of the Social and Contentious-Administrative Jurisdiction in all types of processes derived from Labour and Social Security Law, and in processes of labour restructuring and collective bargaining.
Since 2024, Carlos has been a close collaborator in the labour department of Santiago Mediano Abogados.
