Javier is a criminal lawyer specialising in procedural law, criminal liability of legal entities, economic criminal law and compliance.
With more than 25 years of experience, he has acted as a defence lawyer in more than 2,000 criminal proceedings before courts and tribunals throughout Spain, and has participated in international legal cooperation proceedings in criminal cases in European Union countries. He also advises public institutions and sits on various boards of directors.
In the academic field, he is a university professor and trainer, teaching at institutions such as Abat Oliba CEU University and the Open University of Catalonia.
In 2025, he joined our firm as an associate in the Criminal Law department.
