Elena is a partner in Santiago Mediano’s Industrial Property department. She is a lawyer, an Official Industrial Property Agent in Spain and a European Trademark and Design Agent, with more than twenty years of experience in the sector.
She advises national and international clients on the protection, management and defence of industrial property assets, including trademarks, designs and patents, accompanying them through all phases of the life cycle of their rights, both nationally and internationally.
She regularly appears before the main industrial property offices (OEPM, EUIPO, WIPO, EPO) and works closely with specialised firms around the world to offer a global, effective and coordinated strategy for the protection of intangible assets.
