Laia is a lawyer specialising in intellectual property and procedural law, with a solid track record in civil litigation and internal legal advice, particularly in the field of collective rights management.
She holds a law degree from Carlos III University in Madrid and a Master’s degree in Access to the Legal Profession from Francisco de Vitoria University, as well as a Master’s degree in Intellectual Property and New Technologies from the University of La Rioja.
With more than eight years of experience, she has developed her career in national law firms and collective management organisations, having been part of EGEDA’s internal legal service in recent years.
In 2024, she joined our firm as an associate in the Intellectual Property and Litigation department.
